Counseling is psychoanalytical in nature. We focus on the complexities of past experiences, current circumstances to help improve your life going forward. We diagnose potential areas of concern and we work together to overcome difficult areas in your life.

Coaching

This is emotion and wellness coaching and not psychotherapy/professional counseling. The focus is on setting goals and providing guidance and directions on helping you attain your goals and is not psychoanalytical in its main focus. Our coaches come alongside you and help you perform in an area of your life with directed interventions, accountability, drills, tools and assessment/evaluation.
